My stay at Minerva Grand Banjara was a mixed bag. While the location is advantageous and the breakfast had a nice variety, the room I received was disappointing due to the lack of a window. The service was courteous, but some aspects of the dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, it’s a decent place for a short visit, but not one I would choose again.

I was shocked to find that my room had no window at all. When I asked the manager about this, I learned that only the twin-bed rooms have windows, which felt very wrong. I couldn't believe I couldn't get a decent room for just 10 hours.
